Job title: Starbucks Barista
Location: South Lanarkshire College G75 0NE
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm
Hourly Rate/Salary: £12.60 per hour equated to £10.53 per hour based on 43.6 weeks per year

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Barista to join their team.

We are looking for a keen coffee enthusiast to make specialty hot drinks, alongside providing excellent customer service on the tills. You will be working with a fantastic team and supporting the day-to-day running of the unit.

A day in the life of a Barista

• Making hot and cold drinks to Starbucks specification, including latte art and learning new techniques.
• Operating the till, processing cash and card transactions, upselling products and sizes, and providing excellent customer service.
• General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping dining areas, rubbish disposal, and ensuring cleaning tasks are complete.
• Serving prepackaged/made-to-order food and cakes, following Health and Safety procedures.
• Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up and dated correctly.

You will be set up for success if you have

• Must be able to pass full security vetting and Enhanced DBS checks
• Previous Barista experience is essential
