Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the lobby lounge bar, in‑house Starbucks Cafe and restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control. Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable guest experiences. Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among baristas, bartenders, and serving staff. Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety in both bar and cafe areas. Develop and execute innovative beverage and food offerings that align with brand standards and guest preferences. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve financial goals and maintain cost control. Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and career progression. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote bar and cafe offerings and drive revenue.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high‑end hotel or independent cocktail bar/brasserie setting. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues diplomatically. Strong leadership qualities with a magnetic personality that inspires the team. Knowledge of licensing laws, regulations, and safe serving practices. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High level of integrity and accountability.
