Our client is seeking an experienced and highly professional Banqueting Head Waiter to join our 5-star luxury hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium hospitality, specifically within luxury hotels or high-end banqueting venues. This role requires flexibility, mobility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service at every event.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor service for all banqueting events, ensuring seamless, 5-star hospitality delivery.
• Supervise and support the banqueting service team, providing direction and hands-on assistance during service.
• Ensure all event setups—including table plans, staging, service areas, and equipment—meet hotel and brand standards.
• Liaise with the Banqueting Manager, Events team, and Culinary team to ensure flawless event execution.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of menus, beverages, and dietary requirements.
