Banking Lawyer (6+ years')

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Lawyer to join a top-ranked team in Edinburgh recognised for advising on market-leading and innovative financing deals. Applications are welcomed from candidates from 6+ years' PQE through to legal director level.

You will advise lender, borrower and sponsor clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory work, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate funding. Working alongside respected specialists, you'll manage complex transactions, supervise junior colleagues and play a key role in business development and client relationship growth.

What You'll Do:
