Lloyds Banking Group is hiring for a Customer Support role based in Banbury. The successful candidate will work 35 hours per week across branches, delivering in-branch support and guidance to customers, including help with digital banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• People-focused and empathetic approach to customers.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver excellent service.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a banking environment.
• No prior financial services experience required.
