Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Be a people person who cares about helping customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities

• Start in a Lloyds Banking Group branch providing face-to-face customer support.
• Handle some everyday banking tasks.
• Support customers through important moments (bereavement, fraud, vulnerable customers).
• Promote and support digital services; help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
• Grow with the role and progress into other Group roles.
