Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a friendly Customer Support advisor to work 28 hours per week across Hereford and nearby branches. You will provide face-to-face banking assistance, guiding customers through essential transactions and digital services, while delivering calm, empathetic support during important moments.

You will grow through our progression framework, with a focus on helping customers improve their digital banking skills and choose the right products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• You’ll be a people person who enjoys helping customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships and provide reassurance and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support in Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.
• Promote digital banking services and help customers use online and mobile banking.
• Handle queries, assist vulnerable customers, and support customers through important moments.
