Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Witney is recruiting for a full-time Customer Support role in our branches. You will work 35 hours per week across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance, helping customers with banking needs and guiding them to digital services.

As you develop, you may move into other roles across the Group; we value empathy, calmness under pressure and a customer-first mindset. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with helping customers with banking needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer support in branches.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks while guiding customers.
• Promote digital banking services and support online/mobile use.
