Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Malvern is seeking a Customer Support representative to assist customers face-to-face across nearby branches, handling everyday banking tasks and supporting customers through important moments with reassurance.

You will promote digital services, help customers use online and mobile banking, and connect them with the right products, with training provided. This full-time role includes 35 hours weekly, with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• Be a people person who helps customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships for a great customer experience.
• Show empathy, care and integrity when resolving queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in branch locations.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks while guiding customers.
• Promote and support digital banking services and help customers use online/mobile banking.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with suitable products and services.
