Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• Able to connect with customers and resolve queries with care.

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face support to customers in a Lloyds Banking Group branch.
• Offer reassurance, guidance and practical help during important moments.
• Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
