Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is hiring a Customer Support colleague in Banbury to work across nearby branches. You’ll provide face‑to‑face service and support customers with banking tasks, offering reassurance and practical help during important moments.

You’ll promote digital banking, help customers use online and mobile services, and connect them with suitable products. This full‑time role (35 hours, including Saturdays) offers a strong benefits package and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
• People person who cares about helping customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Empathy and integrity; resolve queries and give customers confidence.
