Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting for a Customer Support role based in Witney, working across our branches. You will provide face-to-face customer support, handle everyday banking tasks, and guide customers through important moments with reassurance and practical help.

You will promote digital services, help customers use online and mobile banking, and connect them with suitable products. The role offers development within the Group and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• A people person who cares about helping customers with their finances (no prior financial services experience required).
• Ability to quickly build relationships to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
• Commitment to delivering on promises and going above and beyond for customers.
• Genuine teammate who collaborates with colleagues to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Start in a branch, providing face-to-face support to customers.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks while guiding customers through important moments with reassurance and practicality.
• Promote and support digital services; help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
• Identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
• As you grow, potential progression into other roles across the Group, including phone/online support.
