Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Malvern/Worcester is hiring for a full-time Customer Support role, 35 hours per week, including Saturdays. You’ll start in branch, delivering face-to-face assistance and guiding customers through essential banking tasks while promoting digital services.

With at least 12 months of customer service experience, you’ll build relationships, show empathy, and help customers feel confident using online and mobile banking. Training is provided to grow across the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
