Job summary

Nationwide is recruiting a Customer Representative to join our branch teams in Eastbourne, East Sussex. You will greet customers, handle transactions, answer queries, and guide customers toward banking products and digital tools, delivering great service in branch, on the phone, and online.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering friendly, trusted help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services to help them manage their money confidently.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, even at peak times.
• Follow established processes, spot potential issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
