Nationwide is seeking Customer Representatives to support customers in branch, over the phone, and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools to manage their money.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers part-time hours (28–35 per week) with location in Exeter. No prior banking experience is required, but strong customer service skills and a can-do attitude are valued.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer service environment is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and empathy to understand customer needs.
• Comfortable using technology and guiding customers through digital services.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs with friendly help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately while keeping security in mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit them.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent service.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Keep face-to-face banking meaningful and accessible on the high street.
