A leading global financial services firm in Greater London seeks a Client Support Associate to provide operational support and client communication. The role requires a university degree and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, alongside excellent interpersonal skills and a dedicated approach to client service. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
You will provide support to team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
