A leading financial institution in the City of Westminster is seeking a Client Support Specialist to provide operational support to the Private Banking team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a university degree in finance or business, fluent in English, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include onboarding processes, updating account documentation, and assisting with client queries. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ensuring exceptional client service.
You will provide support to a team consisting of Client Advisors in all facets of daily business routine, while maintaining awareness of and sensitivity to the confidential nature of Private Banking clients. This role will include client communication. You will work in a team-oriented environment with client advisors, client service specialists, integrated team members, operations and technology teams to fulfil requests. You would be passionate about client service and will use communication and relationship management skills to ensure an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
