Theatre Practitioner - OPERATING DEPARTMENT PRACTITIONER - SCRUB (RGN / ODP)
Leicester Hospital | Nursing | Bank ] | Part Time | Includes weekend work
Up to £25 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
  • Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
  • Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
  • Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
  • Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications
  • Registered with the appropriate governing body and possessing the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
Experience
  • Post-registration experience in scrub roles within a theatre environment, with a passion for exceptional patient care.

Leicester Hospital founded in 1969, Nuffield Health Leicester Hospital was originally built from funds raised by the local community and is now one of the leading providers of private healthcare in Leicestershire.
