Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Trenewydd. You will be part of a team dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to our service users and ensuring that the care you would want for your own family is provided. You will use the latest care technology to spend more time with the people you care for. Trenewydd has an excellent reputation as a valued provider of care; the needs of our service users are at the centre of all we do.

As a Team Leader, you should have previous experience working with older people in residential care. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and good with people. You will have strong communication skills (verbal and written) and will have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

It will be your responsibility to build strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring family and friends feel welcomed, keeping health care professionals well-informed, and updating your Line Manager on residents\' needs and progress. You should be a team player, able to follow guidelines and policies, with good written skills to document care plans.

We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme to support your development and progression within Shaw.

Salary: £15.00 per hour
