A community support organization in the UK is seeking Bank Support Workers to assist individuals in Llandybie. We are seeking Bank Support Workers to join our team in Llandybie, Ammanford.
Whilst fully embracing the company ethos support workers provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pant Yr Odyn - Swanton Care, is one of our popular 8‑bedroom residential homes. Located in Llandybie, only two miles North of Ammanford in Carmarthenshire, and is one of two separate residential homes on site.
Here at Pant Yr Odyn we provide support to those with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs including challenging behaviour.
