The staff and the people we support at The Meadows are an energetic bunch. We have four people we support who have limited verbal communication, but this doesn\'t hold them back, they are able to communicate their needs and wants with alternative communication. The people we support enjoy activities such as gateway, swimming, trampolining, attending the farm, choir and listening to music. The people who live at The Meadows all have different goals from building confidence to traveling on different kinds of transport such as trains and buses with support to living healthier lives.
Our support workers support the people who live at The Meadows to achieve these goals by offering healthy food choices, exercise and access to different forms of transportation in the community, which builds their confidence.
Although it would be beneficial to have some experience of healthcare work, it isn\'t absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you\'re passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you\'ll fit right in.
Join the team today and begin sharing moments and shaping lives.
