Bank Support Worker

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our residential service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing :
  • The people we support have learning disabilities mental health needs and different levels of independence - its challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.
  • This isnt just any role; this is a role that greatly impacts the lives of the people we support. Can you commit
  • Working within a team with the occasional lone working to promote independence and encourage the people we support to access the community.
  • Personal care required.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • This is within an adult residential service.
  • Shifts will involve early mornings late nights nights and weekends.
  • Shifts are 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, 2.00 pm -10.00 pm, 12.00 pm - 8.00 pm, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm and Nights 10.00 pm - 8.00 am
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship
