• Shifts : 8am–8pm days shifts and 8pm-8am nights shifts

Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will :

• Provide high‑quality person‑centred care to residents ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and professional manner
• Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Carry out regular assessments monitoring residents’ conditions and making necessary adjustments to care plans
• Collaborate with the wider care team including doctors therapists and support staff to ensure holistic care delivery
• Offer guidance and support to junior staff ensuring a culture of learning and development within the team
• Maintain accurate up‑to‑date records in line with legal and organisational requirements
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families ensuring a caring and empathetic approach at all times
• Ensure that residents’ dignity and rights are upheld promoting independence and well‑being
