We have an exciting opportunity for aBank Paramedicto join ourteam atHMP Bullingdon, a category BPrison located inBicester, Oxford.

Hours

Bank - Day shifts 7.30 - 19.30 or nights 19.30 - 7.30pm

Salary

£23.83 per hour

Main duties of the job

As aParamedic, your responsibilities will vary. You will

  • Provide outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them - focussing on emergency and unplanned care to patients with both primary care and acute care needs.
  • Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Playing an active part in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients care following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Paramedic
  • Current professional registration (HCPC)
  • Proven post-registration ambulance experience

  • Proven experience in either: Accident & Emergency, Primary Care environments or Minor injuries / illness

Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
