Typical Shifts are: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am - including weekends on a rota

Registered Nurse’s with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our clinical teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Nurse to join us in leading our nursing service in Farnham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

People we support

The people we support at this service have been diagnosed with conditions such as Huntington’s, Acquired Brain Injuries, Strokes, Cerebral Palsy and Learning Disabilities. This wide range of conditions ensures that Nurses continue to develop and learn new skills on a day-to-day basis. Our Registered Nurses are supported to continue with their CPD and are provided with CPD training in areas’ including: Dementia, pain management, stoma care, catheter care, verification of death.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, ensuring the clinical needs of the people we support are met.
• Our Registered Nurses are skilled in developing a close working relationship with the people we support, centering their nursing and care needs as the main priority.
• Provide support and guidance to our care colleagues and lead in planning and delivering clinical care.
• Remain focused on delivering day-to-day support and the reason you chose this role.
• Help colleagues grow in confidence and support people’s independence to meet their goals.

Requirements

• UK-based nursing qualification and relevant experience working as an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
• Registered with the NMC.
