Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP Belmarsh, a category A prison located in London.

Hours

The site currently offers bank shifts of 7am to 7pm.

Salary

This position is a bank role and you’ll receive an hourly rate of £15.80.

Candidates are required to have a legal right to work in the UK and, due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks.

Responsibilities
  • Support the registered nurse in implementing an agreed plan of care in association with the patient and in accordance with instructions and training received whilst promoting safe patient care.
  • Be willing to develop and apply new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
