Job summary

Qualifications

  • Willingness to work towards a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
  • Confidence to work alone or in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans and activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with service users and families.
  • Support service users with meals, cleaning, and social events.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records.

Skills

Excellent communication skills
Ability to keep calm under pressure
Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour
