Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • The desire and commitment to achieve high standards of safeguarding.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the implementation of individual support plans.
  • Maintain communication with service users and families.
  • Support service users with daily living activities.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records.
  • Provide high quality care as part of a team.

Skills

Education

Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
