We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the pharmacy’s daily operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting, to ensure the pharmacy’s profitability and sustainability.
