We are looking for a skilled Band 7 Pharmacist to join our client's team in Sutton. This role involves providing Iclip cover and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimising patient outcomes through expert medication management and collaboration with the healthcare team.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for conducting medication reviews, providing clinical advice, and ensuring the accurate dispensing of medications. This role involves working closely with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting medications as necessary. The pharmacist will also educate patients and healthcare professionals on medication use, participate in ward rounds, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
