  • Collaborate with a team of Biomedical Scientists to deliver a budget-conscious, patient-focused medical laboratory service.
  • Maintain an exemplary standard of work, supervising, training, and guiding laboratory staff as needed.
  • Offer specialist advice to clinicians regarding the appropriateness of tests and timescales.
  • Support the ongoing achievement of departmental quality standards.
  • Participate in department working patterns to ensure a safe and effective service as needed.
