About the role

The successful candidate will provide professional support to the Children’s Community Nursing service and Rapid Response Teams. As part of the palliative care nursing team you will participate in the on call to provide end of life care to the children and young people requiring it. The post holder will support families to ensure all aspects of social, emotional, practical, and nursing needs are met.
