What you will do:

  • Manage cases under the Care Programme Approach (CPA) to ensure comprehensive and personalised patient care.
  • Serve as a key worker, building trust and support systems for patients.
  • Conduct initial assessments to gain insights into patients’ mental health needs.
  • Fulfill team duty roles, providing essential support to colleagues and patients.
  • Administer depot injections and monitor compliance to maintain treatment effectiveness.
  • Assess and monitor mental state and mental health problems to deliver timely interventions and support.

Skills needed:

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with relevant community experience. The ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team is essential, along with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients and colleagues.
