Our client is looking for a skilled and compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join their team in Haverfordwest, with an immediate start available. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients within the community, helping them recover and maintain independence. You will work autonomously, managing a diverse caseload that may include older adults, individuals with musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory conditions, and those recovering from surgery or injury. You’ll develop personalized care plans, deliver therapy in patients’ homes or local clinics, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. Your role will also involve patient education, advising on long-term management, and promoting health and wellness within the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Previous experience working as a Physiotherapist in a community or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment modalities for community-based patients.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for community visits.
