A healthcare provider in Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join a four-bedded health unit focused on delivering exceptional clinical care for children with complex health needs. The role includes maintaining a positive and safe environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Ideal candidates will have a Band 5 nursing qualification, experience in paediatric care, and an ability to communicate effectively in English. A key aspect of this role is maintaining high quality care in a positive, stimulating and safe environment. You will be one of the staff nurses working in the four bedded health unit focusing on delivering high quality clinical care for children with complex health needs in our health team.
We will offer clinical supervision, regular appraisal, training and support in achieving your personal development plan as well as peer support from colleagues in similar roles. Child health will ensure excellent development opportunities and a range of expertise for advice and support in your role.
