An NHS Trust in the UK is looking for a compassionate professional to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to adults living with dementia and complex needs. On Ward 37 we provide specialist, high-quality, person-centred care for adults living with dementia, delirium, and complex cognitive needs. We pride ourselves on creating a calm, therapeutic environment where patients feel safe, valued, and understood. The successful candidate will consistently drive excellent clinical quality standards to this vulnerable patient group and deliver high quality, effective and evidence based care. Background knowledge of safeguarding to protect vulnerable adults is desirable, but not essential, as training will be given. Falls prevention is high on our agenda, with a focus on patient experience and patient safety, ensuring standards are met for every patient. We are a team with a strong sense of collaboration across all our healthcare professionals, and the candidate must be committed to the on-going development of the ward and multidisciplinary team working, to create an inspirational learning and working environment.
Please note this is a secondment opportunity; you must secure agreement from your line manager beforehand that you can be released to undertake the role. Interviews for this post will be held face to face with no remote option available.
