Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a fixed‑term full‑time referral Team Administrator within our Solar Team based at Bishop Wilson Clinic, Chelmsley Wood to work Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00. The SOLAR service is a Mental Health Service to support our Children and Young People within the Solihull area and to help them transition on from the service if needed.

Responsibilities
  • Support and monitor our referral/administration process, including clinic management.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of administrative support to enable efficient referral coordination to the SOLAR service.
  • Support the Looked After Children’s Team with administration to ensure quality standards and targets are always met to deliver excellent patient care.
  • Cover reception duties and support operation within the Team’s systems.
  • Act as part of a wider administration team for the SOLAR service.
Qualifications & skills
  • High standard of communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional attitude.
  • Excellent attention to detail on data input.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrate effective organisational skills, prioritise workload and process enquiries confidentially and efficiently.
