A major healthcare trust in Greater London is looking for skilled phlebotomists to maintain high standards of patient care. Candidates will work collaboratively within a team to provide phlebotomy and cannulation services, ensuring effective blood sample collection and delivery. Essential skills include strong communication and organisation, with relevant experience in phlebotomy required. The successful candidates will maintain a high standard of phlebotomy practice that is focused on patient care and safety. You will be required to work as part of a team delivering excellent phlebotomy and cannulation service on our wards and clinics and obtain quality blood specimens for testing by the Pathology laboratory. You will be expected to work closely with members of the medical and nursing staff as well as with our patients. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while prioritising workloads. Duties:
