A community healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a Medical Secretary to support the medical secretariat during maternity leave. You will be responsible for audio and copy typing, general administration, and providing a customer-focused service. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills and experience managing administrative workflows. This role is pivotal in maintaining communication and efficiency within the healthcare setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients.
Covering maternity leave, you will work as part of the Medical Secretariat to meet overall service priorities and targets. This role requires close liaison with clinical and support staff across the Division, other clinical leadership teams, patient services, and service users.
