The post offers the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in caring for frail patients. Dementia and frailty are a growing challenge within healthcare, and we, as healthcare professionals, are at the forefront of providing the dignity, support and care that people deserve. The aim of the role would be to improve the patient experience by promoting the patients' independence, focusing on mobility, nutrition and hydration to maintain and maximize their functional ability.
