Job summary

A leading catering service provider in Edinburgh is looking for a talented Baker to join their team at the Central Production Kitchen in Leith. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and passion for baking, along with experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include planning Bakery production, maintaining food quality standards, and supporting Health & Safety practices. This position offers £14.50 per hour for 30 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge and passion for baking.
• Previous experience in a similar baking environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on food allergens and customer information.
• Provide exceptional food quality standards.
• Assist in ordering, stock taking, and order management.
• Plan weekly Bakery production.
• Support compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety practices.
