Job summary

Puig SL is seeking a Customer Operations Executive to join our central Back Office team supporting B2C orders in the UK. You will handle escalations, modify orders, place replacement orders, coordinate with Logistics, manage returns and refunds, and ensure orders are processed within SLA to support a smooth order-to-cash flow.

The role requires prior customer-facing experience, good Excel skills, and ideally SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role.
• Working knowledge of SAP software is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations from external consumer care team.
• Maintain and modify the B2C orders.
• Place B2C replacement orders.
• Coordinate with Logistics to resolve delivery issues.
• Returns management and processing refunds.
• Handle customer chargebacks and UK internal orders.
