Job summary

Greene, Tweed is seeking a Customer Service Representative in the United Kingdom to ensure excellent sales and service through accurate quotes and order processing. You will handle pricing inquiries, manage SAP entries, and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders for Corporate Accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process quotes and orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain SAP data and pricing records for Corporate Accounts.
• Resolve credit and invoicing issues with Finance; manage returns (RGA).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
