Job summary

Spirax-Sarco Engineering in Cheltenham is seeking a proactive Customer Service Co-Ordinator to ensure an exceptional order-to-despatch experience across UK, ROI and Services orders.

You will process orders, validate PO details, handle enquiries by phone/email, and keep customers informed of status and actions. You will use ERP systems and Power BI to maintain accurate data and support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data/workflow handling.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately within SLAs.
• Validate purchase orders, pricing, delivery requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email; provide timely support.
• Inform customers of order status, delays and actions required.
• Maintain orderbook data in ERP and Power BI.
• Resolve overdue and ageing orders to keep flow steady.
• Administer order lifecycle: acknowledgements, amendments, shipments.
• Assist backlog reduction and deliver accurate delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other teams.
• Ensure documentation compliance for Services, ROI and Export orders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
