Job summary

Witan Search is seeking a customer service professional to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Greater London. You will be the go-to contact for customers, handling enquiries, orders, and issues with professionalism and accuracy across the full order lifecycle.

Working with Sales Engineers and Account Managers, you will prepare quotations, support procurement, and help improve processes. A background in B2B service, strong communication, and solid CRM/ERP data handling will help you thrive

Qualifications

• Strong customer service or order management experience in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
• Confidence with CRM/ERP systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering responsive and high-quality service.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers to support customer needs.
• Prepare quotations in coordination with sales teams and suppliers.
• Manage full order lifecycle, including processing, invoicing, credits, returns, and claims.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues in line with procedures.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP data and customer records.
• Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and supplier follow-ups.
• Assist with warehousing tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatch when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
