Qualifications

• Proven experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, or Customer Support in a commercial/office setting.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/order management systems (SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Sage, or similar).
• Strong administration skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to learn digital systems and portals.
• Excellent internal communication, team player attitude, and results-driven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage full customer order lifecycle in SAP, including entry, price checks, credit checks, confirmations, invoicing, and samples.
• Serve as primary contact for corporate customers and distributors; respond to inquiries and provide order status updates.
• Administer digital customer portals (e.g., SAP Ariba) and onboarding of distributors; manage product docs and certificates.
• Support billing and master data accuracy in SAP; resolve invoicing issues and price discrepancies.
• Oversee UK import declarations and customs processes; ensure compliant, timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with HMRC and European HQ to manage import VAT/duty and record-keeping.
