Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of a Belfast client seeking ambitious Telesales Executives to join a growing business. You will engage with new and existing business customers, identify opportunities and convert leads into revenue.

The role offers a supportive environment with comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and clear progression. A £27,000 basic salary with an OTE of £31,500+ and uncapped commission awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports.
