You will contact new and existing business customers by phone and email, identify opportunities, and convert leads into revenue while building relationships with decision-makers. A clear path for progression exists within a collaborative team. Comprehensive training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Motivated, resilient and target-driven attitude.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Positive and professional approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers via phone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up on leads and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
