Ideal candidates have experience in B2B or telesales, excellent communication, CRM experience, and a target-driven attitude. The role offers a £27,000 base plus uncapped commission and structured training.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales, telesales, outbound sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective and existing business customers via telephone and email.
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understanding customer requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
• Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and activity reports.
