Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our Belfast client in the Sydenham Business Park area, seeking ambitious Telesales Executives to join a growing team.

You will proactively engage with new and existing business customers by phone and email, identify sales opportunities and convert leads into revenue, while building strong relationships with decision-makers. The role rewards performance with an uncapped commission and structured training.

Qualifications

• B2B sales or telesales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact new and existing business customers by phone and email.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports.
